Who am I?
The short version is that I’m just a guy with a camera. Since I’m also the guy you’ll be spending a big chunk of your wedding day hanging out with, I thought including a bit of info about who I am would be nice.
Who am I as a photographer?
I’m the guy with the World’s Coolest Job. I hang out with tons of happy people, make great photos, and get to share a very important day. It’s been a long, crazy journey from the beginning to where I am now – many years, many photos, almost 250 weddings. And yes, I do tend to have pretty busy summers!
I’m equal parts ninja, fine artist, fashion photographer, and people wrangler, with a wee bit of magician thrown in for good measure. I love making photos that make me smile, or totally take my breath away, or make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I guarantee your mom will think I’m cool and everyone on Facebook will think your photos are awesome.

I heart my dog. She has short legs and a red backpack.
I’ve been shooting adoption photos at Family Dogs New Life since 2005.
I’m vegan and pretty fantastic in the kitchen.
I run without shoes.
Really good coffee makes the world a better place.
